How does it work?


1. order

A customized quote will be prepared based on your needs.  Once we're all set, a contract and invoice will be emailed to finalize your order.  The design phase begins once payment has been received!

2. customize

Personalized proofs designed in your colors and wording will be emailed within 2 business days for your review. 

3. revise

Color, wording and font options can be adjusted during this phase.  Three revisions are included with your purchase to make sure we get things just right!

4. approve

Nothing prints until you're happy and give your seal of approval!  Now's the time to triple check wording and make sure your colors are perfect.



5. print

Each order is professionally printed on HP Indigo digital presses, on high quality Mohawk paper in an eggshell finish.  Typical printing turnaround is 6 business days.

6. delivered!

Invitations are carefully packaged and shipped via Fed Ex.  Orders over $500 ship free!

general questions

+ What does 'pre-designed' mean?

Pre-designed means each invitations layout has already been thoughtfully designed, with a specific wedding feel in mind. It also means that costs can be lower than fully custom wedding invitations, because a lot of the design work has already been completed! Now on to the fun stuff...

+ What can I customize?

Color, fonts, and embellishments! You can add on details such as guest addressing, calligraphy, envelope liners and embellishments, and upgrade to double thick cards to really make the design yours!

+ Are there limited colors?

I have curated a variety of colors specially for the dash/wood collection. Each ink color matches an envelope color option, for a consistent and sophisticated look.

+ What about font options?

Font combinations have also been curated for easy decision making. They allow us to customize the design for your wedding, while staying timeless.


+ Where can I find pricing?

The dash/wood collection begins at $650 for (100) invitation suites. Please use the "Ready to say yes?" inquiry form for a customized quote based on your specific needs. (Online pricing / ordering coming soon!)

+ How do I order?

Once you've received your customized quote, we'll review and adjust as needed. Then a contract and invoice will be emailed to finalize the order. Once payment is received, you can expect a draft proof within 2 business days.

+ Can I order a sample?

Sample invitation suites can be requested. One design suite per household is complimentary. Each additional sample invitation sent is $5. Sample invitations cannot be customized, but do allow you to see the design and quality in person!

+ Are envelopes included?

Of course! Single, blank envelopes in your choice of color are included in the price of invitations, reply cards and save the dates. Digital and Calligraphy addressing options are available at an additional charge.

+ What if I don't order enough?

Additional invitation suites can be re-ordered, but a set-up fee and shipping costs will apply. Consider ordering extra for keepsakes, wrong addresses, last minute guests or for your photographer to capture!

+ Can I cancel my order?

We are happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund as long as proofs have not been sent. If proofs have been sent, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% or $100, whichever is greater. This is to cover the time spent on designing your customized proofs. Once proofs are approved, and the order is sent to print, your customized wedding stationery cannot be returned or refunded.

proofs & revisions

+ What if I need more than three revisions to love it?

Three revisions are included in the cost of your invitation purchase. If you're still not 100% in love, we'll dig in and figure out what needs to change! However, revision rounds beyond the included three will be billed at $50 per hour.

+ Can I change designs once we've started?

One full design change is complimentary, but would count as a revision round. After that, a $50 fee would be charged for any additional design change.

+ Can I see a hard proof?

Concerned about your color or font choices? Hard proofs are available for an additional $40 each, due to printing and shipping costs. Also note that hard proofs will push production times back a week.

+ I approved my proof, but there's a typo...

Your invitations are printed exactly as shown on your final proof, so review carefully! If a typo or error occurs on an approved proof, reprint and rush shipping will be provided at a discounted rate. We cannot offer returns or refunds on approved, printed material since it's customized just for you.

If your printed stationery does not match your approved proof, contact us immediately. Re-print and rush delivery will be provided at no cost!

printing & assembly

+ How are the invitations printed?

All dash/wood collection wedding invitations are flat printed professionally printed on an HP Indigo Digital press on 120# Mohawk Eggshell heavyweight cover stock in Warm white or Ultra white. Double thick 240# invitation cards are also available - please request a customized quote to include this option.

+ Do invitations arrive assembled?

Wedding invitation cards and save the dates will ship flat and require assembly. Everything needed for assembly will be included with your order, as well as one assembled suite for an example.

+ How much will postage cost?

Because each suite contains different enclosure cards and embellishments, It's highly recommended that you take your assembled invitation suite to the post office to be officially weighed before purchasing postage.
